Advantage of Clad of Copper & Al 铜铝复合优点
-Base on same structure ,compare to Al coldplate , the cooling performance will be increased 30%-40%
基于铝冷板同样结构,但冷却效率提高30%-40%
-Same structure of coldplate, the cost will be reduced 35% compare to Copper coldplate, higher 10%-15% than Al coldplate
